Coniston Cold is a small village in the so-called Aire Gap at the south western edge of the Yorkshire Dales between Skipton and Settle.
Of particular note is the "Swiss Flower House" (pictured above) - a floral spectacle and well known landmark as seen by travellers on the A65.
