Scosthrop Moor is a wild expanse of upland limestone scenery which lies between Settle and Kirkby Malham in Malhamdale in the Yorkshire Dales.
The area contains some spectacular natural features, including the limestone cliffs and escarpments of Warrendale Knotts and Attermire Scar, many caves (including the famous Victoria Cave - where important prehistoric remains were found, Jubilee Caves, and Attermire Cave) as well as a fine waterfall called Scalebar Force.
